Our Audience

The audience I am focusing on for this blog is teachers and educators, but everyone is welcome.

I would like to begin my discussions by offering a sampling of other blogs, which are focused on information, tools, suggestions and topics for teachers to use in their classrooms.  All of these items add to the professional development of the individual.

What is a Blog?

Blog, in World Wide Web vernacular, is short for Web-log.  It is a Web-based application that allows the creator and usually the visitors, to post personal opinions, comments on existing posted messages and depending on the main purpose or topic of the blog, activities, and experiences.  Blog creators will have a general main topic for the blog, such as cooking, teaching, training, or any of the millions of possible topics available to discuss.  Visitors will usually offer their opinions on main blog postings and many times offer information to help others accomplish tasks, or posted questions are answered.
